Service Provider
LingLea (accessible at linglea.com) is a brand and online platform operated by MB Estatescope, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania (company code: 306220091). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and MB Estatescope (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Definitions

LingLea is a free language learning platform that provides educational content including reading exercises, listening exercises, dictation practice, grammar lessons, and vocabulary training. The Service is provided free of charge, though we reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription services in the future. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MB Estatescope. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We use third-party services including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that MB Estatescope shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MB ESTATESCOPE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOMES OR RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MB ESTATESCOPE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MB ESTATESCOPE FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MB Estatescope and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection laws in your country.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
