Announcement of the Global Workplace Learning Program
The International Youth Skills Association is pleased to announce the launch of the Global Workplace Learning Program. This program has been created for students and young professionals who wish to combine work, education, and travel. Successful applicants will complete a three-month work placement in another country while attending weekly online seminars. These seminars focus on professional development, intercultural communication, and critical thinking. Participants will be asked to reflect on their experiences and share their opinions about different workplace cultures. If you have completed at least one year of higher education, you may apply. Previous travel experience is not required; however, preference will be given to candidates who have shown responsibility and motivation in their studies or jobs. All placements will be paid, and basic accommodation will be provided. Applications must be submitted by 30 April. If all places have been filled, later applications will not be considered. Participants will be selected by an independent committee, and successful candidates will be informed by email. If you have been looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and confidence, this program could be an excellent choice.
